A mid-sized city agency needed a unified mobile platform to help residents track bus routes, receive service alerts, and report transit issues in real time. We built a cross-platform React Native app integrating live GTFS feeds, push notifications, and a streamlined 311-style reporting flow — delivered in under four months through an agile engagement with bi-weekly releases.
